In his conversation with Empress Skortcher, Kabaka Pyramid not only constructively criticizes the government for selling out the country to foreign investors, who he says, are not really investing when Jamaicans are not the ones getting jobs, citing recently “80 Jamaicans were made redundant as 80 Mexicans who were brought on the island replaced them as hotels worker.”
Kabaka Pyramid expressed that so called investors’ money is not banked on the island but hints that Jamaicans on a whole have a hand in the economic struggles faced by the majority and offers some solutions in rendering possible fixes.
