Since his entry in the musical arena in 2012, Taron Wilson known by his stage name “Mikki Ras” has been consistently delivering a slew of fresh songs and connecting with fans globally. The artist describes his sounds as connecting, catchy, and clean with an energy that is captivating.

The uprising conscious reggae artist Mikki Ras, a 2012 recipient of “Best New Artist Award” from the Clarendon Music Awards, is currently receiving strong rotation on local and international radio stations with  his breakthrough single, “Crying to the System.”  The song  saw chart success in 2012 peaking at # 5 on Jamaica’s  popular televised entertainment program on Jamaica cable CVM TV and # 1 on a New York based Radio in early 2012.  He is also enjoying the rotation of  his most recent releases “We Nuh Worry” and “Gwan A School,” as well as others.
